What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe.
• Orders: your name, shipping address, and email, collected through our checkout processor so we can make and deliver your goods. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form.
• Analytics: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, rough location, device) to understand what riders find useful.
• Affiliate links: when you click a gear link, a cookie may record that the click came from us so we receive any commission. It carries no personal profile of you.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your orders, answer your messages, send the newsletter you asked for, keep the site secure, and improve what we publish. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

We rely on a small set of vetted providers to run the shop: a payment processor (Stripe), our order-fulfillment and shipping partners, an email delivery service, and a privacy-respecting analytics tool. Each handles only the data needed to do its job. Product recommendations link to Amazon under its Associates program.

Cookies

We use a few cookies for basic functionality, analytics, and affiliate attribution. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the shop and Journal still work without them, though some conveniences may not.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer. Ask us to access or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to hello@halfhaltsupply.com — we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
